Exchange Policy

All Neha Creation clients are eligible for an exchange or refund if for some reason they are dissatisfied with the product.

in case of BUyBACK

The customer will receive –

85% value of diamonds on the current price as of that day of the return.

100% value on gold.

80% value on gemstones on the current price of the day of return

90% value of diamonds on the current price of the day of the exchange.

100% value on Gold.

80% Value on gemstones on the current price of the day of return.

**Gold will be valued at the current market value.

No modifications or customizations have been made to the jewellery. No change in weight of diamonds, gold or gemstones.
Jewellery is intact and there are no damages on the piece.
The Sales invoice is to be presented.
Certificate of authenticity of the jewel to be handed back.
Please note there is 7 day no questions asked return policy. 100% refund will be given to the customer.
The exchange policy will not be applicable on customized products.
In case of Exchange or buyback the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Neha Creation reserves the rights for all buybacks and exchanges.
